Facesaerch
Facesaerch hat sich wirklich mal etwas nettes einfallen lassen. Es gibt jede Menge RSS-Feeds, die Bilder beinhalten. Z. B. die neusten Bilder, welche auf Flickr hochgeladen wurden oder ähnlichem. Warum nicht ein Tool schreiben, welches diese Feeds ausliest und als Bildergalerie ausgibt?
Herausgekommen ist eine nette kleine JavaScript-Applikation, welche sich jeder als Widget auf sein eigenes Blog oder seine eigene Webseite stellen kann. Das ausgewählte Feed wird geladen und schon kann der Benutzer bequem durch die Bilder scrollen, ganz wie bei Apples Coverflow. Sehr schön gemacht!

i spotted this today on the beautiful macbook of my new - now not so favorite - colleague. it’s just sick. it makes me want to vomit. a beautiful nearly untainted macbook pro with a windows 7 installation (os x is completely wiped out on that machine.) it’s just so unreal.
